Lawrence Clarke Ltd was formed in December 1998 when Lawrence Clarke, previously of Lawrence Clarke & Partners, combined with Allan Bowden, Dennis Stuart and Ian Cann; all of whom had well established companies in the Fareham and Portsmouth area, to form the new company.

Over the past four years they have also acquired several other leading local financial Companies, including – Coffin Mew & Clover Financial services, King & Power Investments Ltd, and Roy Sansom & Company.

Both Allan Bowden & Dennis Stuart continue to provide valuable experience as Directors of Lawrence Clarke Ltd. Ian Cann has since taken well earned retirement, and is still enjoying his golf.
In total this represents over 100 years of experience in serving the public’s financial needs. To support the company’s financial advisers there is a team of eight backup administration staff.
